Danielle Stone Yoga
Danielle began studying Exercise Science, Nutrition and Wellness in 2002 as a Kinesiology major. Through her studies, she began to develop an understanding of the mind-body connection. After many years of working in the corporate world, she has begun the journey back to her original devotion: Health and Wellness.Through her study of Yoga, she strives to nurture mindfulness in all aspects of her life.
Even as a teacher, she devotes herself to having the attitude of a student in yoga and in life. It is her goal to share with her students the gifts that she has received through her holistic practice of asana and meditation. Danielle earned her 200RYT certification in July 2013 and is currently working toward her 500RYT certification.
In 2014, she began Co-Coordinating the Yoga Program at Glide Memorial Church in San Francisco, CA. Her intention is to make yoga accessible to all people in her community. She knows in her heart that yoga has the power to connect people to themselves and to each other despite socio-economic status, religion or cultural differences.
